Located in the heart of Beachwood, Ohio, Beachwood Pointe Care Center is a 140 bed skilled nursing facility. The team at Beachwood Pointe believes strongly in a resident centric environment keeping the residents wants and needs at the core of every decision we make.  Our community specializes in caring for seniors with chronic illness and cognitive deficits.  Currently, we are in the process of culture change where we are moving towards a person centered care environment.  At Beachwood Pointe we believe strongly that a resident’s choice should be at the heart of every decision that is made concerning their care or the environment they live in.
